Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules. This allows me time to offer the appointment to another client. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment and no-shows will be charged 30% of the scheduled service total. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule their appointment and will be subject to a $10 late fee. If I am still able to accommodate you, the late fee will still apply.
